The main service areas offered by Akbaş Advisory are as follows:

The specific scope of each service is defined in writing in the individual service agreement concluded with each client.

3. Pricing and Fees

Advisory service fees vary according to the scope, duration and complexity of each project. No fixed price list is published; a personalised fee proposal is prepared for each client following the initial consultation.

Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement, fees are exclusive of VAT. The payment schedule and method are specified in the service agreement.

4. Contract Process

All services are provided on the basis of a written service agreement. The agreement sets out the scope, duration, fee and confidentiality obligations. No service commences without a signed agreement.

Following the initial consultation, a scope and fee proposal is submitted. The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of this proposal.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to applicable consumer protection legislation, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of conclusion of the service agreement, without providing any reason, provided that performance of the service has not yet commenced.

Where the service has commenced at the consumer's explicit request before the expiry of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may be limited or forfeited. This will be communicated in writing during the contract process.

6. Disputes and Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or the service agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Çerkezköy, Tekirdağ shall have jurisdiction. Applications may also be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in accordance with the limits specified by the Ministry of Commerce.
